1. Information we collect

When you play on or purchase from Pillage we may collect: your Minecraft username and UUID, purchase history, IP address for security purposes, and any information you voluntarily provide to support staff.

If you submit a staff application, creator application or ban appeal, we store the answers you provide, your Minecraft and Discord contact information, the submission date and reference, and the staff review history. Staff applications also ask for your age, availability and relevant experience. Creator applications also ask for links to your channels, the audience figures you report and confirmation that you are at least 13. Do not include passwords or unrelated sensitive information.

2. How we use it

We use collected information to operate the server, process purchases, enforce our rules, and respond to support requests. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

Application and appeal responses are available to authorized Pillage reviewers for recruitment, creator selection, moderation review and follow-up. They are not published through the public server-data API.

3. Payment processing

Payments are taken and processed by Tebex on Tebex's own checkout pages. Pillage never receives, sees or stores your card details. Tebex handles that data under its own privacy policy, which you should read before paying.

This website sends Tebex the in-game name you type in, so the purchase can be matched to your account. It does not send Tebex anything else about you.

Checkout also asks for the store code that /storecode shows in game. The website checks the code itself and does not store it. The game server keeps a record of which account asked for a code, under which name and when, so the purchase can be delivered to that account.

4. Data retention

We keep account and purchase records for as long as necessary to provide the service and to meet legal obligations. You can ask for your data to be deleted by contacting support.

For a request about an application or appeal, include its reference number when contacting support. Submitted responses cannot be edited through the form.

5. Cookies

This website uses no tracking cookies, no advertising cookies and no third-party analytics. Tebex may set its own cookies once you reach its checkout pages.

The private reviewer area uses an essential sign-in cookie that expires after eight hours. If you choose to save an application draft, it is stored in your browser on that device for up to seven days. You can remove it using the form’s draft controls; it is also removed when you successfully submit.

6. Children

We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.
