When you play on or purchase from Pillage we may collect: your Minecraft username and UUID, purchase history, IP address for security purposes, and any information you voluntarily provide to support staff.

2. How we use it

We use collected information to operate the server, process purchases, enforce our rules, and respond to support requests. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

3. Payment processing

Payments are taken and processed by Tebex on Tebex's own checkout pages. Pillage never receives, sees or stores your card details. Tebex handles that data under its own privacy policy, which you should read before paying.

This website sends Tebex the Minecraft username you type in, so it knows which account to deliver the purchase to. It does not send Tebex anything else about you.

4. Data retention

We keep account and purchase records for as long as necessary to provide the service and to meet legal obligations. You can ask for your data to be deleted by contacting support.

5. Cookies

This website uses no tracking cookies, no advertising cookies and no third-party analytics. Tebex may set its own cookies once you reach its checkout pages.

6. Children

We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.
