Terms of Service

1. Who these terms are with

These terms are an agreement between you and the operator of the Pillage Minecraft server and this website, referred to throughout as Pillage.

2. Acceptance

By accessing or playing on Pillage you agree to be bound by these terms and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the service. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may only make a purchase with the permission of the person who pays the bill.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for your account and for everything that happens under it. Tell us immediately if you believe it has been used without your permission.

5. Purchases

All purchases are for virtual items and carry no real-world value. Purchases are governed by the refund policy. Pillage may modify or discontinue any product at any time.

Delivery is tied to the Minecraft username entered at checkout. We cannot verify that a username belongs to you, so the purchase is delivered to whichever account was named.

6. Prohibited conduct

You agree not to:

• Cheat, exploit bugs instead of reporting them, or use unauthorised modifications that give an unfair advantage.
• Harass, threaten or publish private information about other players.
• Attempt to access systems, accounts or infrastructure without authorisation.
• Deliberately attack, crash or overload the server.

7. Termination

We may suspend or permanently ban an account that breaks these terms, with or without notice. A ban issued for a rule violation does not entitle you to a refund.

8. Disclaimer

Pillage is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Pillage is not an official Minecraft product and is not approved by or associated with Mojang Studios or Microsoft.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of the service will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you agree to the jurisdiction of those courts.

If you live somewhere whose consumer protection laws give you rights that cannot be waived by agreement, nothing in these terms takes those rights away.

10. Changes

These terms may be updated. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the revised terms.
