Support

Help with gameplay, player reports, account linking and purchases on Pillage.

In-game help

Use /guide in game for the basics, Nexus recipes and useful commands. /help lists the commands available to you, /info shows server information and /update lists recent changes.

Use /settings to choose what you see in chat and the sidebar, manage private messages and hide your name from Nexus contributor lists. Use /msg and /reply for private messages, and /ignore to control who can message you.

Server rules

The following can lead to a ban: cheating, hacked clients, automation mods, duplication exploits, lag machines, harassment, hate speech, doxxing, threats and impersonating staff. Advertising other servers can lead to a mute. The full rules are available in game with /rules.

Use /report in game to report a player to staff. To appeal a ban, submit a Ban Appeal. For other punishments, contact the team through the Pillage Discord.

Contact us

Discord is the fastest way to reach us. Announcements, updates and maintenance notices are also posted there. Use email for billing questions or anything you would rather not discuss in a public server.

Pillage is also on YouTube, Twitch, Instagram, TikTok, X and Reddit. Those accounts post videos and news. Support requests are only handled in Discord and by email.

What support handles

  • Purchases that were paid for but not delivered
  • Purchases held because the buying account could not be confirmed
  • Linking a Minecraft account to Discord, or correcting an existing link
  • Refund requests under the refund policy
  • Reporting a bug or a problem with this website

Purchase issues

Tebex emails a receipt with a transaction ID for every completed payment. Please have that ID ready, because a purchase cannot be traced without it.

  1. Wait about 30 minutes after paying, then rejoin the server. Most delayed deliveries arrive on their own.
  2. Check your Tebex receipt email and make sure the Minecraft username on it is spelled correctly.
  3. Contact support in Discord, or email support@pillage.net, with your Minecraft username and Tebex transaction ID.

Account linking

You can link one Minecraft account to one Discord account using a private, one-time code. Purchases are still delivered to the Minecraft account named at checkout.

  1. Run /verify in Minecraft and copy the code from the private verification screen.
  2. Open the verification channel in the Pillage Discord, click Verify and paste the code into the private form. Do not post the code in chat.
  3. Use /verify status to check your link. To unlink or correct a link, contact support with your Minecraft username and Discord account. Never send anyone an unused verification code.
